This is a magnetic key for your cat and dog collar, so pet owners do not need to worry about rechargeable batteries or buying new AA batteries.

Will this interfere with my cat shock collar? What about my static correction collar?

Your training collar should be fine. Since the collar key is magnetic, it will not interfere with any cat training collar or its shock function. The collar will not negatively affect your cat's behavior or well-being.

Will the magnetic collar key interfere with my in-ground cat fence?

No. Even if your pet barrier containment system or invisible fence uses a radio signal to establish a barrier range, the collar key will not prevent your electric collar from operating properly or affect the shock levels on your collar or the volume of your collar's beeps. If your receiver collar or remote control uses a beeping sound, an electric shock, or vibrates when your cat goes outside the barrier, the Ideal collar key will not prevent it from working. The same can be said for any electric shock collars or dog training collar (such as a bark collar) that you may be using.
