Restore your Ideal Designer Series Ruff-Weather pet door with a reliable and durable replacement flap, ensuring that your pet can continue to enjoy easy access without compromising insulation or energy efficiency. This clear, flexible vinyl flap is designed for both Ruff Weather and Protector pet doors, offering a perfect fit and seamless integration with your existing pet door. The bottom of the flap features a magnetic strip that creates a secure seal, keeping out drafts and noise while maintaining energy efficiency.

Installing the replacement flap is a breeze, requiring only a screwdriver and no need to remove the entire pet door frame. Simply unscrew the bar holding the existing flap, remove the old flap, insert the new one, and screw the bar back in place. This process is quick and easy with installation taking as little as five minutes.

Replacement pet door flap is available in sizes Small to X-Large sizes. The flap size is engraved into the flap right above the magnetic bar. You can also confirm the size of your flap by checking the number of holes at the top:

• Small (S): 3 holes, 5" w x 9" h
• Medium (M): 4 holes, 7 1/4" w x 13" h
• Extra Large (XL): 4 holes, 9 3/4" w x 17" h
• Super Large (SL/XXL): 6 holes, 15" w x 23 1/2" h

NOTE:  Flap sizes are sold individually, so if you need to replace both flaps for your double flap Ruff Weather pet door, you'll need to purchase two.

Please Note: Your extra large flap may have the dimensions of 10  1/2" x 17" embossed on the flap. However, the manufacturer has guaranteed that this 9 3/4" x 17" replacement flap will work, regardless of what dimensions are marked on the flap.
