Staywell 917 'Classic Series' 4-Way locking cat flap
includes a built in tunnel making it 'self-framing'.
It may be installed in solid core or hollow core wood doors
including metal or insulated doors. A
"4-way" lock
is included which has been
significantly improved over the original design.
Adjustment range is 0" - 2".
If you plan to install this pet door in a solid
core wood door, you may choose the Staywell 919 instead which is
identical except for the tunnel and a little bit less expensive. It
is found in the 'Standard' section under 'Staywell
Classic'. The manufacturer suggests
that this size is suitable for cats to about 15 lbs. As always, we
recommend that you simulate the opening and decide for yourself.
This is the replacement cat flap for the Staywell 17 which is
now discontinued. |
