PetSafe has released a new and exciting cat door
product for sash (sliding up and down) windows - the
"Cat
Windoor".
This cat flap is available in one size only (the
manufacturer says cats to 20 lbs but your mileage may vary. We
think you should simulate the opening and call your cat through
before ordering as always).
We're a little disappointed with the tolerance
maintained between the flap and surrounding frame. Some
customers in severe weather areas have returned this door
because they felt this gap was too large. In moderate areas this
shouldn't be a problem.
There is a sliding width adjustment at both ends
(which is very similar to the height adjustment on the PetSafe
panel pet doors for sliding glass doors).
HOT TIP:
PetSafe has also combined the Cat Windoor with an enclosure. The
PetSafe Veranda allows the cat out while keeping him safe. Sale
