our pet links index! There are rescue sites listed by breed and by
geographic location. You'll see
some index titles that sound pretty far out. But one thing all have in
common is they link to sites primarily concerned with dogs, cats or other
pets. For example, the 'Jewelry' links are only to sites that feature
pet-related jewelry. We wish to
include in this links directory only family-friendly, responsible and
interesting sites that reflect a respect for our wonderful pets. We request

One last word. We provide a great many 'breeder'
links because that often is the only information available for some of the
over 200 types and breeds of dogs and cats that we provide information on.
But we never forget that the killing of pets due to overpopulation is a
national disgrace. Don't contribute to the problem. First think of rescue.
The rescued pet is often the best pet. If you must buy a 'pure bred'
pet, have it spayed or neutered. If you encounter a 'puppy mill', let us
know so that we can remove that link. Please treat these animals who give us
their all with compassion as you would a child.
