Effectively, then, this door has what must be the largest 'dead air space' for insulation of any pet door of this style.

The exterior is UV protected ABS plastic in white only.

There is a small landing on the inside of the house as well as the outside covered in indoor/outdoor carpeting.  Flap dimension is 5" w x 7 ³/₄" h.

Cats may be expected to do well with this door with a little training. We're not confident that it would be a good choice for a dog.

Access may be blocked by shutting a small door on the inside of the unit.
