The Ideal Fast Sash pet doors for sash windows series incorporates a spring-loaded adjustment at both ends which provides for a total adjustment range of 5".

The Cat Flap version is large enough for big cats and small dogs and incorporates a '4-way' locking mechanism which means that the pet door can be set for in only, out only, both ways or completely locked. 

The Small size is taller and would be more appropriate for small dogs.

For sizes Small and larger, note that the locking cover slides straight up. So it's important that the window not have an overhanging lip that would be in the way. The Cat Flap size doesn't need a locking cover.

Frame color is white only. Single pane glass.
