The bright white frames telescope to allow for a self-framing fit between 1¹/₄^" and 1³/₄^" which covers all standard interior and exterior doors. 

The Chubby Kat (sometimes referred to as "Hefty Pet", "Medium Pet Flap" or "Hefty Kat") continues the same features but in an even larger opening suitable for the very largest cats. The Ideal graphic shows a 20 lb cat going through with what looks to be plenty of extra room. The polycarbonate flap makes this the best choice especially if sharing with a dog who may be less gentle than the cat.
