One (1) Year Limited Warranty
HUGO Pet
Products, LLC warrants to the original purchaser (hereinafter
"purchaser"), that the Foldable Pet Shelter (hereinafter "shelter"),
is free from defects in material and workmanship according to the
following terms and conditions:
1. The
limited warranty for the shelter extends for ONE (1) year beginning
from the date of original purchase of the shelter.
2. During
the limited warranty period, HUGO Pet Products, LLC will repair or
replace, at its option, the shelter or any of its components that
are shown to be defective in material, manufacture, or workmanship
wherein the defect is attributable to HUGO Pet Products, LLC or any
of its product distribution and/or manufacturing suppliers. HUGO Pet
Products, LLC will not be held liable for any repair and/or labor
expenses incurred by the purchaser resulting from work performed on
the shelter by any party not authorized by HUGO PET PRODUCTS, LLC to
perform such repair work.
3.
THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
damage to
the shelter that is caused by abuse to or misuse of the shelter by
any animal or human; additionally, any defects arising or discovered
more than ONE (1) year from the original retail purchase date of the
shelter are likewise not covered by this limited warranty.
4. If it
is determined that the shelter is defective according to the
provisions stated above, HUGO Pet Products, LLC, at its discretion,
will either repair or replace the defective product at its own
expense. It is understood, however, that for service or repair to be
provided, the purchaser must submit information that proves the date
of purchase of the shelter. (It is strongly urged that the Product
Registration Card be completed and mailed or faxed to HUGO Pet
Products, LLC shortly after purchase or use of the shelter.)
5. The
purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping the shelter to the
Customer Service Dept. of HUGO Pet Products, LLC. HUGO Pet Products,
LLC shall bear the cost of shipping the shelter back to the
purchaser after the completion of repair or replacement under this
limited warranty. |
