Warranty!
Manufacturer Equipment Warranty This warranty covers any failure
of the equipment due to defective material or workmanship. This warranty
is provided by the equipment manufacturer and is void if the equipment
has been used for purposes other than its intended purpose, abused, or
damaged due to improper handling or installation. The Equipment warranty
from the manufacturer does not cover dog chew, product tampering, lost
or stolen collars, broken probes, lightening & surge damage (Over 1
year) and AC/DC power adapters or batteries.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Some products may require a
re-stocking fee.In addition to this warranty statement, the US
distributor has given us the following statement: "There is a 3
year warranty on all parts of the dog door that covers manufacture
defects. It does not cover chewing of course." |
